FCP Live-In Homecare’s Assistance Coordinator, Kelley Green, was proud to present FCP Live-Ins services to the Social Services and Admissions teams at Bethel Healthcare Center in Bethel, Connecticut. They enjoyed a great lunch while Kelley discussed how FCP Live-Ins services can assist their patients in transitioning to their homes safely after a rehab stay and returning to their homes where they are safe, comfortable, and happy.
