FCP Live-In Homecare Assistance Coordinator Kelley Green gave a wonderful Lunch & Learn presentation to Wilton Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation in Wilton, Connecticut. They enjoyed a great lunch while learning about FCP Live-In’s services, how we can help their patients return and stay in their homes where they are safe, comfortable, and happy, and how FCP Live-In reduces readmissions to the hospital and skilled nursing settings, keeping them safe and healthy in their homes. Thanks to Community Outreach Director Mary Sourivanh for inviting Kelley Green to present and coordinating the event.
