FCP Live-In was proud to do a “Lunch and Learn” presentation of FCP Live-In’s services at Village Crest in New Milford, Connecticut!

FCP Live-In Homecare Assistance Coordinator Kelley Green gave a wonderful Lunch & Learn presentation to 15 nursing, rehab, and social services professionals at Village Crest in New Milford, CT. They enjoyed a great lunch while learning about homecare and FCP Live-In’s services, how we can help their patients transition from a subacute care environment to return and stay in their homes while being safe, comfortable, and happy, and how we can reduce readmissions to the hospital and skilled nursing settings and keep them safe and healthy in their homes. Thanks to Social Services Director Lauren Jones for inviting us and coordinating the event.
