FCP Live-In home care’s Assistance Coordinator Kelley Green, provided a wonderful and informative Lunch & Learn presentation to The Interdisciplinary Care Team at Haven Healthcare at Hancock Hall in Danbury, Connecticut. The team enjoyed a delicious lunch while learning about live-in-home care and how FCP Live-In home care services can help reduce readmissions and keep seniors safe, comfortable, and happy in their homes. The group was very engaged, excited to learn more about FCP Live-In, and asking many great questions. Director of Social Services Pamela Shepperd-Katra said this was the best presentation they’ve had on this topic.
