FCP Live-In was proud to do a “Lunch and Learn” presentation of FCP Live-In’s services to the Carolton Chronic Convalescent Home in Fairfield, CT!

FCP Live-In home care’s Assistance Coordinator, Kelley Green, provided a wonderful and informative Lunch & Learn presentation to the Social Services Department at the Carolton Chronic Convalescent Home in Fairfield, Connecticut. We are honored for all they do for their patients and for partnering with FCP Live-In to ensure their patients continue to receive the same superior care they received at the Carolton when they are discharged back to their homes. We’re privileged to be one of their choices when they need to make referrals for live-in home care.
