FCP Live-In Homecare’s Assistance Coordinator, Kelley Green, was honored to be invited to be the guest speaker at Glen Hill Center’s Medical Board meeting. Glen Hill Center is a Genesis Healthcare Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Danbury, CT.  Kelley proudly presented FCP Live-In Homecare’s services to the Medical Board, which is comprised of the key medical professionals responsible for ensuring that their residents and patients receive the highest quality care and includes the Social Services, Business Office, Nursing and Admissions departments, the Medical Director, Dr. Robert Ruxin of Ridgefield, CT, Hospice Care Consultant Christine Thibault from Compassus of Milford, CT, and Administrator Rhea Perez.

Kelley educated them on how homecare services like FCP Live-In can help reduce readmissions and keep seniors safe, comfortable, and happy in their own homes. They discussed how FCP Live-In caregivers can help their clients avoid some of the main reasons why seniors are repeatedly admitted to hospitals and rehabs, such as malnutrition and dehydration, frequent falling, medication management, UTIs, and other infections.

A special thank you to Administrator Rhea Perez for inviting us to present our services at their meeting.
