Meet Nicole Baillargeon, FCP Live-In’s Own Inside Sales Operations Manager and previous Social Worker, as we honor her for Social Workers Month.
Nicole Baillargeon is the Inside Sales Operations Manager at FCP Live-In. She is also a social worker and knows precisely what social workers go through every day, trying to find the best care possible for seniors. Before working for FCP Live-In, she was a director of social services and a licensed social worker by trade. The NASW Massachusetts Long Term Care Chapter awarded Nicole, Social Worker of the Year for 2019, attesting to her excellent skills in the field. At points in her skilled nursing career, she managed up to 70 discharges a month, which came with immense pressure on discharge planning, mainly due to resources being very limited for seniors in most states. Unfortunately, often, she was faced with telling patients and their loved ones that the only option for them was long-term care. That was until she discovered FCP Live-In.
With FCP Live-in’s help, Nicole was able to give so many families the ability to reside in their own homes within their community, as well as the lifelong memories made with their families. So, when the opportunity arose to join FCP Live-in’s incredible team, Nicole was thrilled to take on the new role. Nicole is honored to assist families in getting the care they need with an FCP Live-In caregiver. Nicole works closely with Care Coordinators in the field and the FCP Live-In operations team, utilizing her knowledge of the elder care industry on a daily basis with the hopes that FCP Live-In clients have a smooth and successful transition to live-in care.
Personally, Nicole is a recent newlywed, having married her husband Greg on a picturesque crisp fall day in October of 2023. Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband Greg, her stepdaughter Aimee, and the love of all their lives, Yogi, their Labrador Retriever. Nicole and Greg enjoy taking on renovation projects, creating inviting and calm spaces for all to share. They recently purchased Nicole’s paternal grandparents’ home in her hometown and are planning a massive undertaking to restore and renovate her grandparent’s home as their forever home.
When Nicole is not assisting families, care coordinators, or building dream homes, she enjoys spontaneous day trips around New England and spending time in nature, especially somewhere seaside with oysters on the menu.
