FCP Live-In was proud to attend the Resource Fair at the UVM Center for the Case Management & Social Work Departments in Burlington, VT.
FCP Live-In Care Coordinator Michelle DiStefano and FCP Live-In Field Supervisor Donna Sherman attended the Resource Fair at the University of Vermont Medical Center for the Case Management & Social Work Departments in Burlington, Vermont. FCP Live-In Care Coordinator Michelle DiStefano and FCP Live-In Field Supervisor Donna Sherman met with caseworkers and social workers from the University of Vermont Medical Center, with whom FCP Live-In has been working with. They also met new staff and educated everyone about the latest services from FCP Live-In. FCP Live-In was joined by other area agencies that FCP Live-In also works with, such as Bayada, Green Mountain Nursing Home, and Age Well Council on Aging. The Resource Fair was the first for UVM Medical, and they hope to host it biannually.
