Employment Criteria

We only hire the best caregivers with 2+ years of experience as a CNA, HHA, or PCA.

Our caregivers go through in-depth state and national background checks.

Our caregivers undergo in-depth interviews and assessments before becoming FCP Live-In caregivers.

Our caregivers pass a skills assessment and full-day orientation to evaluate their on-the-job capabilities and attitude.

FCP Live-In requires both national and state background checks on all of our caregivers to ensure the safety of our clients and their families.

At FCP Live-In, we provide Alzheimer’s training, infection control training, skilled assessments, and more for our caregivers before they enter the home.
